Mbappe to Real, competition for Van Dijk signature and more

The Monaco rising’s star forward  Kylian Mbappe wants to to play for Real Madrid. The Los Blancos representatives have contacted his family and started working on the transfer. This is not good new for Mourinho’s Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain as both club expressed interested to sign the striker.

The possible signing of  Mbappe is good news for Chelsea who will probably keep Eden Hazard, who was a target for the Madrid’s club. The Spanish football expert Guillem Balague said that Real don’t need to sign Hazard, as they have a player like Marco Asensio who has a big progress and have impressed everyone this season with his performances.

Virgil Van Dijk will be another valuable football asset this summer. Liverpool have been a long term admirers of the Dutch, but it looks like they’d need to battle at least two Premier League clubs as the transfer gossips suggest that Manchester City and Arsenal might be willing to sign him as well. However, Sky Sports report that according to Phil Thompson “Liverpool will be sizing up another raid of Southampton’s squad this summer ahead of their Super Sunday showdown”. They’d need to make sure that Van Dijk would not cause them any points in their home game against the Saints.

Liverpool’s star Philippe Coutinho is wanted at Camp despite that there is still no offer have been made by Barcelona. The Catalan press says that Barca are ready to offer £51million bid. This one will be rejected by Liverpool as Coutinho who is contracted to the Reds until 2022 has clearly said that he is happy at Anfield.

Newcastle’s big profile manager Rafael Benitez is about to decide his future and whether he would stay as Toons manager. He’d need financial support from Mike Ashley as Rafa is not someone who’d be happy to fight for survival in the Premier League. Should he stays, it means that Newcastle will set highest possible targets for the new premier League season.

Ada Turan who sees his game time limited at Barcelona would be good signing for any Premier League club and it looks like Arsenal are monitoring him. However, Inter Milan are also after the Turkish midfields who has a price tag  close to €20million.
